Refund policy

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 7 days. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong perfume.

  • The perfume is leaking, broken, contaminated, or defective.

  • The package appears to have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • The bottle is partially filled or appears used.

Proof, such as clear photos or an unboxing video, may be required to process your request.

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product was received correctly, in sealed and undamaged condition.

  • You wish to return the item due to change of mind or personal preference.

  • The item was purchased on sale or at a discounted price.

How to Request a Return:

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
